Our youth association for Training and Inter-employment Programs (TIP) was founded in 2002 as a non-profit and non-governmental educational institution providing training, exchange and work experiences for groups of students, young leaders and professionals who work or study in different fields of science, education, economics, environment and etc. TIP is one of the founders of European Youth Cooperation Centre. From January of 2005 it is a full member of the International Camping Fellowship (ICF).
Our activities are founded through memberships, sponsorships and projects.
Philosophy of our organization is that the acquaintance and training of new technologies, skills, languages and cultures builds a foundation for greater international friendship and understanding. Young people are the best informal ambassadors of their countries and traditions.
TIP draws it’s membership from higher educational institutions, individuals, young working professionals and like-minded youth organizations and agencies, all of our members have some working experience in the field of international development co-operation and they are devoted to maintaining high standards of professional educational system in all over the world.
Looking at the organizations where TIP members work or study one can see that they are spread over most of the important organizations and institutions of country. Members of our staff participate in the wide range of activities and projects which are supporting with EU, UN and other worldwide institutions to ensure a vital exchange of information and organize real contacts between young professionals, including training seminars, conferences, workshops.
